My friend has a file I believe is missing? It says it is, she can't get online and it says her "ois.dll" file is missing, I tried giving the file directly to her so she could place it in but her computer says she needs another program to even have this file?
Can someone shed any light on this?
(She does have a forum account, she just refuses to use it, it's "moonlightsouls" her account.)

She make sure that all the files downloaded before closing? She put the Game in the C Drive No where else? and did she follow the walk through on the forum?

I have no idea, mine isn't in the C drive and works fine. She did allow all files to install before closing, and I'm not sure if she looked at the walk through, I told her the same way I did it, it worked for me so I have no idea.

Sometimes people's computers work oddly. Like mine wants any IT server to be in the C Drive to work at all and to save screenshots it will have to be in the C Drive for me. Sometime it wants me to install DirectX again for updates as well. Computers are odd. xD I am trying to fully remember what the Ois.dll error looks like.
Does it give her the error then close the game? Or will the error pop up, then go away when u close it and continue to log in?

Like she can't get into the game the error is closing the game for her, I'm afraid she doesn't know how to take a screen shot.
But I'll ask her what it completely says when she gets back online. We're having shaky weather here so we're going in and out.

She make sure that all the files downloaded before closing? She put the Game in the C Drive No where else? and did she follow the walk through on the forum? Most of the time if it's installed in the C, it doesn't work. Majority work in Downloads or Documents, maybe even Desktop. Anyway, Well there's a few things you could try. Read carefully: Turn off your virus program. Even if you say run anyway, the program might still delete something it thinks is bad. So turn it off and then download the game again. Save the game in your DOWNLOADS folder. That's where I have mine and I have no problems with it. I had IE saved in my C drive(local disk) and I got a few errors, so save it in your downloads, desktop or documents. If it doesn't work properly then, I'm willing to TeamView (I see and control your screen to sort it out) when we are both on.
